Meet, Jess Ohanion, our incredible Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula! Ayurveda means “the wisdom of life” and is a traditional healing system that has been practiced in India for over 5,000 years.

Your time with Jess may include:
Abhyanga & Marma Massage
A warm oil massage combined with Marma point therapy to calm your mind, ease tension, and support postpartum recovery.

Healing Ayurvedic Meal
Enjoy a private chef for a day. I’ll cook you a nourishing prepared meal and sweet treat designed to boost digestion, energy, and vitailty. You can join me in the kitchen to learn postpartum Ayurvedic cooking or simply rest while I prepare your meals.

Gentle Belly Binding
A traditional belly bind to provide core support and grounding energy (optional based on your healing stage).

Herbal Sitz Bath or Foot Soak with Calming Tea
Relax with a soothing soak and tea, both crafted to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.

Pranayama & Reflection
End the day with guided breathwork and mindfulness to help you feel grounded and peaceful and have a go to tool to ease stress when it arises.
